Our last day in Washington (Friday)

Ken and MarGene like visitors on ferry boat rides so we all thought it would be fun as well. We drove our cars onto the ferry and then went up to the deck to play games and enjoy the scenery. It was fun MarGene had games to play with the kids and then we decided we would venture outside and take a peek

I especially liked these two shots and how their hair was blowing in the wind I was just laughing as well as freezing. It didn't take long for me to go back inside and get warm.

As we pulled into Seattle it was a beautiful site and Dan did get some great pictures. It was fun. Afterwards we went and had lunch at McDonald's and then it was off to Pikes place market to check out what good farmers market shops they had. Well since it was a beautiful day in Washington, that is all it took to have it teaming with people. Its a good thing that Ken is tall we could always spot him in the crowd. It was a lot of fun and then we decided we needed to get out before the traffic got too bad to drive back the 60 miles to Ken and MarGene's house. We stopped at Jeff and Shannon's to drop off Shannon and the kids. Dan and I stayed there a little while and then headed back to the house. We decided that it might be a smart idea to drive home that night and let the kids sleep in the car. So I said what the heck. We got back and finished packing ate dinner and then we were off for home. We had a great week in Washing ton with family and we were so glad that we took the time to spend it there.
