So this has been quite the summer with our trip to Washington and then camping in Big Sur and then girls camp as well and my parents moved to El Centro, where it is so so very hot, so one more trip for the summer down to southern California a 9 hour drive but we had a great time. It was so funny but it started raining and the kids were hot and the rain didn't really cool anything down at all it just made it a bit more humid go figure, but as you can see the kids had a great time playing in the rain.
During our trip we also took a day trip over to San Diego to visit Kim and to do some back to school shopping for the kids, however while we were there we took a great little visit over to the San Diego Temple and oh what a beautiful place it is!! I love this temple and all of them for that matter!

Ok so another hot day, well lets be real every day is very very very hot so it was a lets play in the sprinklers day!!! It was a great trip and the kids had a ton of fun!! We will have to visit again when it gets cooler!!
